How does Shipping work?

Worldwide Shipping!

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING included in EVERY order!  There are no additional shipping charges.  

Delivery is fast and efficient to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, & Europe.  We also deliver to most countries around the world.

The above timeframes are estimates only. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. For the most accurate delivery estimate specific to your address, please refer to the information displayed during checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Partners

We work with most global carriers to deliver your orders including: FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS, Canada Post, & Royal Mail.

Our orders include a tracking link so you can monitor delivery progress. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number and an expected delivery date.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We can update or change your shipping address within 2 hours of the purchase.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you notice a defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement at TobyNomadMasterpieces@gmail.com.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

How do I return or exchange my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, simply ship the item back to us within an additional 14 days from the approval date for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition, using the original packaging they were delivered in. Items that show damage from use will not be accepted. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

All international returns or exchanges (outside of the U.S. and Canada) must be sent to our U.S. returns facility within 14 days from the return approval date.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing materials to send products back to us. We strongly recommend shipping items back using a trackable method via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Canada Post.
